Sorry I didnt get back to you sooner... I actually went into the office
before getting your email...

Anyway... just wanted to give you some feedback about the tour.

Absolutely grade A service once again.... the road was a nightmare, which
in my opinion if you have a bad guide can turn this trip into a pretty
shit day out. We had Andrew from Canada who put in an absolute ten out of
ten performance. Everyone got a lot more out of it as a results of all the
landslides... extra effort... and mud and shit to deal with... like I
say.. with a bad guide this can go very much the other way. So basically
wanted to pass on my comments about the tour again, and Andrew in
particular he made the day for the group. Of course this is to take
nothing away from the other guides on the group, just that naturally he
has more interaction with the passengers and sets the tone of the day. So
thanks once again... and I look forward to covering my self in shit and
destroying another pair of shoes in a week or so...

Myself and friend Sarah had an absolutely fab time - and have to say (and this isn´t just a brownnosing exercise), you are one of the most professional companies I´ve ever done any trip with - we´ve both done quite a lot of trips of various descriptions, and were so impressed with the organisation, kit and how good the guides were, about safety and having fun - keep it up guys, you will continue to be highly recommended.

Alistair,
I just wanted to let you know that our three day trip with Cory and Guy was exceptional, both Jackie and I were WOWED constantly throughout our trip. Our guides were exceptional. You must be a good boss to have such great staff :-)...
From German in the support vehicles to the spare bikes, camping gear, food, everything was well planed. Two thumbs up for you. We travelled for only a month mostly Northern Argentina and Bolivia and the Highlight of our trip was definetely the biking.
When we flew home reality sunk in, -25°C van did not start after being parked for a month and lots of snow. Plowed and sloveled snow for almost a week.
We are now skiing and the conditions are great, we tell all of our friends about the great trip that we had and I hope to be able to send some business your way. You have a great outfit. I would of liked to tell you in person... maybie another time.
Make sure that you give our regards to Cory and Guy (for Guy my scab is still there and is just above my ski boot no problem).
Thank you very much, it is not soon to be forgotten. The only thing I wish is that I could of been there 10 years ago in the days that I biked lots....

As a note, these two clients did our three day Yungas Loop route, and rode strongly the whole time, even though they are both a very young 50+ years old!
